Incinge putin ulei de masline sau unt intr-o tigaie cu fundul greu.<br \/>\n2. Se amesteca orezul risotto si se prajeste pentru scurt timp pana cand orezul devine translucid (75 g de persoana).<br \/>\n3. Se incalze\u0219te bulionul. Sa presupunem 225 ml per 75 g de orez.<br \/>\n4. Adaugati treptat bulionul in orez si amestecati din cand in cand. Gatiti aproximativ 18-20 de minute.Adaugati un nou strop de bulion doar cand restul a fost complet absorbit de orez.<br \/>\n5. La sfarsit, adaugati o bucata de unt si asezonati cu sare si piper daca este necesar.<\/p>\n<p>A se pastra la loc uscat si rece.
