Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Delivery costs will be displayed in the basket. Depending on the weight of the parcel or the delivery area, additional delivery costs may be added, but the Customer\/Purchaser will be notified by phone, after he\/she has agreed to the delivery of the order.<\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL COSTS. We mention that for the delivery of orders whose volume\/weight requires palletisation, additional delivery costs will be charged. In addition, for delivery areas with outer kilometres (for the courier companies we work with), additional charges will be applied. In both cases the customer will be notified by phone to agree to the additional charge and delivery of the order.

How to get free delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2192 ORDER WITH NON-FROZEN PRODUCTS - we offer free delivery under the following conditions:
\n- for orders of minimum 149 lei Bucharest (all sectors) and neighbouring localities: Chiajna, Rosu, Dudu, Bragadiru, Dragomiresti, Ciorogarla and Domnesti.
\n- in the country, for orders of 299 lei minimum.<\/p>\n

\u2192 ORDER FROZEN \/ MIXED PRODUCTS - we offer free delivery under the following conditions:
\n- Free delivery for orders of minimum 149 lei for the following delivery areas: Bucharest (all sectors) and neighbouring localities: Chiajna, Rosu, Dudu, Bragadiru, Dragomiresti, Ciorogarla and Domnesti.
\n– Livrare gratuita pentru comenzi de minim 299 lei in toata tara (cu achizitionarea unei cutii speciale de transport produse congelate in valoare de 48,40 lei)
\n– Livrare gratuita pentru comenzi de minim 999 lei in toata tara indiferent de natura produselor (congelate si\/sau necongelate). Taxa speciala de transport de 48,40 lei nu se mai aplica.<\/p>\n

Atentie! Pentru comenzile care contin produse congelate se percepe o taxa de ambalare de 15,25 lei, daca nu este selectata cutia speciala.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n- mineral water \/ still water packaged in 0,75l \/ 1,5l \/ 2l \/ 5l pet.
\n- 1.5l \/ 2l \/ 2.5l carbonated juices in 1.5l \/ 2l \/ 2.5l pet.
\n- Romanian beer brands
\n- oil, pickles and other products exceeding 1 litre.<\/p>\n

With the Click & Collect TotalBlue service you can book your products online and pick them up from the location located in Bucharest, Sector 6, Bulevardul Uverturii 69 A, between 08:00-21:00
\nAfter placing and registering your order, you will be notified (by phone, email or SMS) when you can come and pick up your order.
\nNo additional fees for Click & Collect TotalBlue
\nYou pay for the items purchased either online at the time of order or cash \/ card directly in-store at collection.<\/p>\n

Delivery time<\/strong>
\nOrders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day, and orders placed after 15:00 will be delivered to the courier the next working day.
\nNOTE: Orders containing products that require temperature control (frozen products, cheese, dairy, etc.) placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays or public holidays will be processed and delivered to the courier on the first working day between Monday and Thursday.
\nIn Bucharest and neighbouring areas, delivery can be made the same day or the day after the order is confirmed by phone, except on public holidays. For the rest of the country, delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
\nAttention!!!! <\/strong>Totalblue.ro cannot be held responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors: special weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, calamities, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the courier to deliver on time, for which Totalblue.ro will not pay compensation for damages caused by non-delivery of products on time.<\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries to Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece: orders for temperature-controlled products (frozen products, cheeses, dairy products, etc.) placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the first working day between Monday and Wednesday and delivered to the courier.<\/p>\n
