Cook the rice.<br \/>\n2. Cut the onion into half rounds, halve the green beans.<br \/>\n3. Pre-boil the green beans for about 5 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Fry the chicken cubes in wok oil until browned. Fry the onion for a further 3 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Reduce the heat to low, add the curry paste, coconut milk, 100ml water and the green beans. Bring to the boil, stirring, and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.<br \/>\n6.
