\nCu acest curry rosu thailandez, cu ardei rosu si lemongrass, puteti face un fel de mancare picant, plin de aroma. Rode Curry sunt amestecuri concentrate de condimente umede din Asia. Sunt facute din ierburi si condimente macinate fin, a caror compozitie variaza de la un fel de mancare la altul si de la sat la sat. Cu acest amestec puteti da cu usurinta gustul, mirosul si culoarea orientala autentica preparatelor din carne, pui si legume.

\n– 100 g mazare inghetata
\n– 100 g rosii cherry
\n- 300 g rice
\n- 200 ml coconut milk

1. Gatiti orezul conform metodei de preparare de pe ambalaj.
\n2. Taiati rosii cherry in jumatati. Taiati carnea in cubulete.
\n3. Incalziti 2 linguri de ulei intr-un wok sau tigaie si prajiti cuburile de carne.
\n4. Adaugati pasta de condimente si laptele de cocos. Amestecati in timp ce fierb.
\n5. Adaugati mazarea si lasati-o sa fiarba aproximativ 5 minute la foc mediu pana ce sosul are grosimea dorita.
\n6. Adaugati rosile si mai lasati pe foc aproximativ 2 minute. Adaugati orezul fiert si amestecati. Pofta Buna!<\/p>\n
