Voeg het uimengsel toe en schep alles goed om. Laat het vlees op een laag vuur zachtjes bakken. Voeg zoveel water toe totdat het vlees net onder staat. Breng alles aan de kook en stoof het vlees met de deksel op de pan in \u00b1 2 uur gaar.<br \/>\n3.Snijd het bovenste dunne gedeelte van de citroengras en plet het onderste gedeelte. Voeg ze samen met de het limoenblad en 3 eetlepels dikke zoete ketjap aan het vlees toe. Laat het vlees nog een half uur met de deksel op de pan zachtjes stoven en kook het vocht in tot de juiste dikte.<br \/>\n4.Voeg als het vlees gaar is de geraspte kokos toe en warm kort mee.
