Compania Maille a fost fondata in 1747 de Antoine Claude Maille (fiul), distilator si producator de otet. Inventivitatea acestuia i-a dat posibilitatea de a fi celebru pe plan international, mustarul si otetul produse de acesta ajungand pe mesele regale franceze si rusesti.
\nIn anul 1931, Jean Herbout creeaza celebrul slogan „Que Maile qui m’aille” („Mustarul Maille – Mustarul Meu”) si eticheta in forma de coroana regala cunoscuta de orice francez.<\/p>\n
Astazi, Maille este unul dintre cele mai vechi branduri franceze, fiind considerat o raritate in patrimoniul cultural francez si international, asa cum sunt si Moet & Chandon (1743), Villeroy & Boch (1748), R\u00e9my Martin (1724).
\nMaille este distribuit in peste 70 de tari din toata lumea din Statele Unite pana in Japonia si din Anglia pana in Africa de Sud.<\/p>\n
Ingrediente: 55% mustar de Dijon (apa, seminte de mustar maro, otet de rachiu, sare, acidifiant: acid citric, conservant: metabisulfit de potasiu), ulei de floarea soarelui, apa, dextroza, otet de vin alb, amidon de porumb modificat, sare, agent de ingrosare: guma xantan , faina de mustar, extract de piper.<\/p>\n
