Ingredient:
- 1 bag of HAK Mexican vegetable stew
- 100 g green salad
- 100 gr rice
- 1 avocado
- 4 tablespoons of corn
- 2 green spring onions
- 1 small red onion
- 125 ml sour cream
Preparation:
Cook the rice.
Chop red onion and green onion (spring onion) into rings.
Cut the avocado into 2 pieces (halved), remove the skin and core (seed). Cut the avocado into cubes.
Heat up the leeks and Mexican food.
Take a stick, sprinkle lettuce in the middle. Sprinkle rice and Mexican food on top.
Top with a few pieces of avocado, red onion, green onion and corn.
Fold the bottom of the glue up and then fold the sides over it.

You can serve the sticks with Mexican food with added sour cream.
