You can return unsatisfied products as easily as you bought them.

You have the right of return for 14 calendar days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Cost of return

- Produsele alimentare perisabile / rapid deteriorabile 
Mancarea este exceptata de la retur. Conform legislatiei (OUG nr. 34/2014), produsele alimentare sunt exceptate de la dreptul de retragere in 14 zile . • Produsele deteriorate de catre client, cu urme de purtare; Produsele se accepta inapoi doar daca au etichetele intacte, nu prezinta urme de purtare, parfum sau pete de machiaj/deodorant.
• Produsele perisabile / rapid deteriorabile („Conform art. 16 din O.U.G. 34/2014, produsele alimentare perisabile sau cele desigilate de catre consumator sunt exceptate de la dreptul de retur din motive de protectie a sanatatii si igiena. Solicitarea de retragere va fi procesata doar daca produsele sunt neperisabile si au sigiliul intact.”)

Daca livrezi costume de baie, esti obligat sa aplici o bariera de igiena (o banda adeziva de protectie din plastic pe zona inghinala).Cand NU esti obligat sa accepti returul: Conform legii, daca clientul a dezlipit banda de protectie igienica sau a indepartat sigiliul, produsul este exceptat de la dreptul de retragere din motive de protectie a sanatatii sau de igiena.Costumele din doua piese vandute la set: Daca vinzi un set format din doua piese Gatta, iar clientul probeaza slipul fara protectie, intregul set devine nereturnabil din considerente de igiena colectiva a produsului vandut sub un singur cod.Cum trebuie sa arate pasul intermediar al butonului de retragere:Cand clientul apasa butonul „Retragere din contract” pentru un costum de baie, formularul tau online (Pasul 2) trebuie sa includa o bifa obligatorie (Checkbox) prin care clientul declara pe proprie raspundere starea produsului:[ ] „Confirm ca produsul nu prezinta urme de purtare si ca banda adeziva de protectie igienica NU a fost indepartata.”Adauga o nota legala clara direct in formular: „Din motive de igiena, costumele de baie (inclusiv cele intregi) nu pot fi returnate daca sigiliul textil sau banda de protectie au fost dezlipite.”Automatizarea procesului tehnic:Daca software-ul tau e-commerce genereaza eticheta de retur automata (prin curier) dupa confirmarea butonului, poti seta ca statusul sa ramana „In asteptarea verificarii tehnice”. Banii vor fi restituiti doar dupa ce operatorul tau din depozit deschide coletul si confirma vizual ca banda igienica este intacta.
- De asemenea, conform Art 16 Litera E (” furnizarea de produse sigilate care nu pot fi returnate din motive de protectie a sanatatii sau din motive de igiena si care au fost desigilate de consumator” ) nu pot fi returnate articole de igiena: Pope de san, biberoane, tetine, suzete, inele dentitie, aspiratoare nazale, sterilizatoare, aparate aerosol, tampoane san etc.)

We will refund your money within 14 days from the moment the products reach us, in your bank account, thus:

If you have received free shipping and you return your order, both the shipping and the return cost will be deducted.
The return transport charges are services charged by the courier company, we do not assume these costs.
The bank transfer will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Failure to return ordered parcels or repeated returns will be considered abuse and our company reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer.
