Erasco Markklößchen is a very special taste experience. It is prepared with a lot of delicious vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, cauliflower, gulic-radish and green beans in a particularly hearty way. Spicy marrow galettes in a herb-flavoured broth complete the pleasure.
