Ingredient: I Lemongrass 17,3%, usturoi, ceapa, radacina de galanga 11,5%, piure de ghimbir, ulei de rapita, sare, suc de lamaie, zahar de palmier, curry 3,3% (PUDRA DE MUSTAR, turmeric, schinduf, piper, chimen, ghimbir, coriandru, chimen, galanga, ardei iute, scortisoara, telina, iarba de lamaie, maghiran, frunza de dafin), piure de ardei iute rosu, condimente (turmeric, coriandru, chimen), amidon modificat, frunza de tei Kaffir, aroma naturala.

Suggested preparation:
- 250 g chicken fillets (cubed)
– 200 g broccoli
- 1 onion
- 225 g pandan rice
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Conimex wok oil
1. Cook the rice.
2. Taiati ceapa in jumatate de rondele, taiati broccoli in jumatate in buchete.
3. Fierbeti in prealabil broccoli aproximativ 2 minute.
4. Fry the chicken cubes in wok oil until browned. Fry the onion for a further 3 minutes.
5. Reduceti focul la mic, adaugati pasta de curry, laptele de cocos, 100 ml apa si broccoli. Se aduce la fierbere amestecand si se lasa sa fiarba usor 2-3 minute.
6. Serve the curry with the cooked rice.
