Conimex Red Curry Paste is a spicy Thai curry with red chilli, lemongrass, Laos and garlic.
Ingredient: red chilli pepper puree 21%, lemon grass 15,8%, garlic, onion, galangal root 9,6%, rapita oil, salt, palm sugar, lemon juice, modified starch, spices (coriander, cumin), kaffir lime leaves, natural flavours, colouring: paprika extract.

Suggested preparation:
- 250 g chicken fillets (cubed)
- 200 g green beans
- 1 onion
- 225 g pandan rice
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Conimex wok oil
1. Cook the rice.
2. Cut the onion into half rounds, halve the green beans.
3. Pre-boil the green beans for about 5 minutes.
4. Fry the chicken cubes in wok oil until browned. Fry the onion for a further 3 minutes.
5. Reduce the heat to low, add the curry paste, coconut milk, 100ml water and the green beans. Bring to the boil, stirring, and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve the curry with the cooked rice.
