With this mixture you can make a delicious dish with beef, red chilli and lemon. Rendang Vlees are concentrated wet spice blends from Asia. They are made from finely ground herbs and spices, the composition of which varies from dish to dish and from village to village. With this blend you can easily add authentic oriental taste, smell and colour to meat, chicken and vegetable dishes.

Suggested preparation:
- 500 g roast beef
- 300 g rice
- Javaanse Boontjes spice paste
- oil
1. Cut the meat into strips.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of wok oil in a pan and brown the beef.
3.Add spice paste and 300 ml water. Bring to the boil while stirring and put the lid on the pan.
4. Simmer for about 50 minutes over low heat. Remove the lid and simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce is the desired thickness.
5. In the meantime, cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
6. Put the rice over the mixture and mix. Enjoy!
