Suggested preparation:
Mix 12 g mixture (= about 1 level teaspoon) with 500 g (cleaned) crabs or prawns and add a splash of oil. Mix well and leave to rest for a while. Cook or wok-fry the crabs or prawns for about 3-5 minutes.
