Ingredient:Hard wheat. May contain eggs.

Preparation: Use about 4 litres of water. Bring plenty of water to the boil (2 litres per 250 g) and cook the noodles in 1 litre for up to 12 minutes. After 2 minutes, stir the noodles with a fork. Stir occasionally. Drain the noodles, rinse with cold water and drain in a sieve or colander. Ready for further processing in your favourite recipe.
Storage conditions: Store in a dry, dark place.
