Nasi Goreng, mix of vegetables and spices.
Add yourself: (for 4 people)
350 g white rice
100 g cubed bacon (or ham)
2 tbsp Inproba Wok Oil or vegetable oil
400 g diced pork or chicken
450 g finely chopped mixed vegetables (e.g. onion, carrot, bell pepper)
2 eggs
Preparation:
Boil the rice as instructed on the packaging.
Fry the bacon in the oil on a high temperature and
add the meat; fry until cooked through. Stir-fry the fresh vegetables until they are ‘al dente’.
Add the Nasi Goreng mix along with 100 ml of water and stir it all for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the eggs and mix all of it together until the egg has solidified.
Mix it all with the boiled rice and fry it well while continuously stirring it.
Serving suggestion: Add Inproba ketjap Manis and Sambal Oelek to your taste.
Tip: Serve the fried rice dish with a fried egg and Inproba’s Fried Onions, Atjar Tjampoer and Kroepoek.
