Complete the billing and delivery details. CAREFUL! Do not forget to fill in the postal code for the correct calculation of the transport cost.
Select the payment method:
For card payment, you get a -5% discount on the value of the shopping basket.
For cash on delivery, a payment on delivery processing fee of 5.95 lei is applied.
For direct bank transfer use your order ID as payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared into our account.
Accept the terms and conditions for completing the order.
Place the order.
To pay by card, you will be redirected to the page of our payment processor: MobilPay.
Delivery
Delivery costs will be displayed in the shopping cart. Depending on the weight of the package or the delivery area, additional delivery costs may be added to the standard delivery cost mentioned above, but the Customer/Buyer will be notified by phone, after giving their consent regarding the delivery of the order.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES. We mention that for the delivery of orders with volume/weight that requires palletizing, additional delivery fees will be charged. Also, for delivery areas with external kilometers (for the courier companies we worked with) additional fees will be charged. In both cases, the customer will be notified by phone to give his agreement regarding the additional fee and the delivery of the order.
How do I get free shipping?
→ ORDERS WITH NON-FROZEN PRODUCTS – we provide free shipping under the following conditions:
– for orders of at least 149 lei Bucharest (all sectors) and neighboring towns: Chiajna, Roșu, Dudu, Bragadiru, Dragomirești, Ciorogârla and Domnești.
– in the country, for orders of at least 299 lei.
→ ORDERS WITH FROZEN PRODUCTS / MIXED PRODUCTS – we provide free shipping under the following conditions:
– Free shipping for orders of at least 149 lei for the following delivery areas: Bucharest (all sectors) and neighboring towns: Chiajna, Roșu, Dudu, Bragadiru, Dragomirești, Ciorogârla and Domnești.
– Free shipping for orders of at least 299 lei nationwide (with the purchase of a special transport box for frozen products worth 47.60 lei)
– Free shipping for orders of at least 999 lei nationwide regardless of the nature of the products (frozen and/or non-frozen). The special transport box fee of 47.60 lei no longer applies.
CAREFUL! For orders containing frozen products, a packaging fee of 14.99 lei is charged, if the special box is not selected.

Personal pick up / Delivery by courier
NOTE!!! Due to the rather large weight and volume, the following products are ONLY delivered in Bucharest and Ilfov:
– mineral water / flat water packed in 1.5l / 2l / 5l bottles.
– carbonated juices packaged in 1.25l / 1.5l / 2l / 2.5l
– oil, pickles or other products that exceed 1 liter.
With the TotalBlue Click & Collect service, you can reserve your products online, and you can pick them up during the showroom’s operating hours (Bd. Uverturii 69A, Sector 6, Bucharest).
After placing and registering your order, you will be notified (by phone, email or SMS) when you can come pick up your order.
You pay for the purchased items, either online at the time of ordering or cash / card directly in the store, upon pickup.
Delivery time
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (with the exception of legal holidays) before 3:00 p.m. will leave us the same day, and those placed after 3:00 p.m. will be delivered to the courier on the next working day.
NOTE: Orders containing products that require temperature control (frozen products, cheeses, dairy products, etc.) placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays or on holidays will be processed and delivered to the courier on the first working day between Monday and Thursday.
In Bucharest and neighboring areas, delivery can be made on the same day or the next day after confirming the order by phone, except for legal holidays. For the rest of the country, the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
🆕 New ! Starting this year, we deliver your orders including Saturday and Sunday in Bucharest, for orders placed until Sunday, 10:00 a.m.! Orders placed on Sunday, after 10:00 a.m. will be delivered starting the next working day!
ATTENTION: For deliveries to Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece: Orders with temperature controlled products (frozen products, cheese, dairy, etc.) placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the first business day between Monday and Wednesday and delivered to the courier.
Order status
After you have registered an order, you can follow its status in real time from your customer account, in the My Orders section.
Any order placed through the www.totalblue.ro website has a contractual value accompanied by the order confirmation.

The images published on the website www.totalblue.ro have an example title, and the delivered products may sometimes differ from the images presented in any way (color, accessories, appearance, etc.). TOTAL BLUE IMPEX and its suppliers reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice. For the content of the site (texts, product descriptions, images, symbols) TOTAL BLUE IMPEX does not assume responsibility for the product descriptions presented on the site, these being identical to those made available to us by the representatives of each brand.
The products on the www.totalblue.ro website are sold in the manufacturer’s original packaging. The images of the products sold by TOTAL BLUE IMPEX are for presentation purposes. There is a possibility that errors may appear in product descriptions, independently of our will, but we try to correct these data constantly. Regardless of our will, the delivered products may show minor deviations from the pictures and descriptions presented. The manufacturers can make changes without prior notification.
