THOMY Les Sauces Béarnaise with pure sunflower oil, yolk of eggs from ground keeping, a dash of lemon juice and a dash of white wine vinegar is a real classic in the kitchen. By adding fine tarragon, it gets an aromatic tarragon note.
THOMY Les Sauces Béarnaise is particularly suitable for the refinement of roasted meat dishes such as fillet, chateaubriand and medallion. But also fish and vegetables give it a special touch.
Ingredients: Water, 15% sunflower oil, egg yolk, modified starch, sugar, lemon juice from lemon juice concentrate, iodised salt, tarragon, white wine vinegar, white pepper, flavours (with milk), thickener xanthan.
