Fill in your billing and delivery details. ATTENTION! Don't forget to fill in the postcode for the correct calculation of the shipping cost.
Select payment method:
For paying by credit card you receive a discount of -5% off the value of your shopping basket.
For cash on delivery payment, a 5,95 lei payment processing fee applies.
For direct bank transfer, use the order ID as payment reference. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been made to our account.
Accept the terms and conditions to complete your order.
Place your order.
To pay by card, you will be redirected to our payment processor page: MobilPay.

Delivery

Delivery costs will be displayed in the basket. Depending on the weight of the parcel or the delivery area, additional delivery costs may be added, but the Customer/Purchaser will be notified by phone, after he/she has agreed to the delivery of the order.

ADDITIONAL COSTS. We mention that for the delivery of orders whose volume/weight requires palletisation, additional delivery costs will be charged. In addition, for delivery areas with outer kilometres (for the courier companies we work with), additional charges will be applied. In both cases the customer will be notified by phone to agree to the additional charge and delivery of the order.
WARNING! Orders over 20kg will be delivered only after payment confirmation!

How to get free delivery?

→ ORDER WITH NON-FROZEN PRODUCTS - we offer free delivery under the following conditions:
- for orders of minimum 149 lei Bucharest (all sectors) and neighbouring localities: Chiajna, Rosu, Dudu, Bragadiru, Dragomiresti, Ciorogarla and Domnesti.
- in the country, for orders of 299 lei minimum.

→ ORDER FROZEN / MIXED PRODUCTS - we offer free delivery under the following conditions:
- Free delivery for orders of minimum 149 lei for the following delivery areas: Bucharest (all sectors) and neighbouring localities: Chiajna, Rosu, Dudu, Bragadiru, Dragomiresti, Ciorogarla and Domnesti.
- Free delivery for orders of minimum 299 lei in the whole country (with the purchase of a special transport box for frozen products worth 47,60 lei)
- Free delivery for orders of 999 lei or more all over the country regardless of the nature of the products (frozen and/or unfrozen). The special transport tax of 47,60 lei does not apply.

Attention! For orders that contain frozen products a packaging fee of 14,99 lei is charged, if the special box is not selected.

!!! The special box for frozen products contains dry ice (-80°) !!!
Touching ice cubes is not recommended!
Do not pour water over dry ice!
Warning: Inhaling vapours from dry ice can cause headaches and other unpleasant symptoms!

Personal collection / Courier delivery

NOTE!!!!! Due to their weight and volume, the following products are delivered ONLY in Bucharest and neighbouring towns: Chiajna, Roșu, Dudu, Bragadiru, Dragomirești, Ciorogârla and Domnești:
- mineral water / still water packaged in 0,75l / 1,5l / 2l / 5l pet.
- 1.5l / 2l / 2.5l carbonated juices in 1.5l / 2l / 2.5l pet.
- Romanian beer brands
- oil, pickles and other products exceeding 1 litre.

With the Click & Collect TotalBlue service you can book your products online and pick them up from the location located in Bucharest, Sector 6, Bulevardul Uverturii 69 A, between 08:00-21:00
After placing and registering your order, you will be notified (by phone, email or SMS) when you can come and pick up your order.
No additional fees for Click & Collect TotalBlue
You pay for the items purchased either online at the time of order or cash / card directly in-store at collection.

Delivery time
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day, and orders placed after 15:00 will be delivered to the courier the next working day.
NOTE: Orders containing products that require temperature control (frozen products, cheese, dairy, etc.) placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays or public holidays will be processed and delivered to the courier on the first working day between Monday and Thursday.
In Bucharest and neighbouring areas, delivery can be made the same day or the day after the order is confirmed by phone, except on public holidays. For the rest of the country, delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
Attention!!!! Totalblue.ro cannot be held responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors: special weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, calamities, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the courier to deliver on time, for which Totalblue.ro will not pay compensation for damages caused by non-delivery of products on time.

PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries to Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece: orders for temperature-controlled products (frozen products, cheeses, dairy products, etc.) placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the first working day between Monday and Wednesday and delivered to the courier.

Order status

After registering an order, you can monitor its status in real-time from your customer account in the My Orders section.

Any order placed through the website www.totalblue.ro has contractual value accompanied by order confirmation.
