Returning products
You can return unsatisfied products as easily as you bought them.
You have the right of return for 14 calendar days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Cost of return
The customer will be responsible for the payment of the carriage when returning a product, specifying to the courier (payment of the carriage to the sender).
How to return products
To return products sold by Total Blue please fill in the form below.
The products you return must be in perfect conditionas you received them, without signs of wear or wear, with original packaging, labels and documentsreceived upon purchase. Products that do not fulfil these conditions will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense!
They will not be accepted for the return:
- Food - according to the law food cannot be returned (Government Ordinance 130/2000, Art. 12. Art. 3-4, Art. 7-10 and Art. 11:
(1) the return of products does not apply to the sale of foodstuffs, beverages or products for everyday household use, delivered by the trader to the consumer's home, residence or place of work).
- Products damaged by the customer, with traces of wear;
- Products that are likely to spoil or expire quickly;
- According to O.U.G. No 34/ 20014 Art.16 Letter e) the pods cannot be returned if their new commercialisation could present risks for reasons of hygiene or health protection for other consumers. Therefore, underwear products cannot be returned (This category includes underwear (panties, briefs, bras, bras, bustiers, tights, stockings, socks, bodysuits, swimwear, etc.).
- Also, according to Art 16 Letter E ("the supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer") baby feeding and hygiene items cannot be returned: Breast poppies, bottles, bottles, teats, pacifiers, teething rings, powdered milk, nasal aspirators, sterilisers, aerosol devices, breast pads etc.)
- Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements.
- If you have bought several products of the same kind and you want to return all of them, make sure that only one has been unsealed. Returns of other products are only accepted if they are sealed.
In case your order was accompanied by gift products or gift cards, their return is required.
Value of returned products
In exchange for returned products, you can choose receive other products or to transfer you the countervalue their.
We will refund your money within 14 days from the moment the products reach us, in your bank account, thus:
- If you paid online by credit card, the money will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.
- If you paid by courier, the money will be refunded to an account indicated by you.
If a refund is requested, this will only be done by bank transfer, after we have received the parcel and checked its contents.
Only the value of the product will be refunded, not the initial transport cost.
Also, the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount refunded, which is 20 lei.
If you have received free shipping and you return your order, both the shipping and the return cost will be deducted.
The return transport charges are services charged by the courier company, we do not assume these costs.
The bank transfer will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Failure to return ordered parcels or repeated returns will be considered abuse and our company reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer.
